Please allow 1-2 weeks for repair. We typically make repairs on Wed & Fri. Include a note with your return address and instructions for the repair. A receipt is not required, and we will pay the postage to mail it back to you.

We ask that you do not mail your item to us requiring signature confirmation or by registered mail. Delivery confirmation is sufficient for proof that your package was received by us. We do not make special trips to the post office to pick up packages being held for signatures. This could delay your repair until our next trip to the post office.
